Delicious Koo-ki Sushi chocolate

Not Japan related but sushi related, Suedy’s Koo-Ki Sushi is a California based family run business that creates sushi themed chocolate confectionery.
Each piece of Apricot Row, Berry Maguro, Fruit O Maki, Great white sushi, Lemon Egg, Maui Maki, Tako Nut and Suedy’s garnishs are hand made with chocolate, sweets and rice crackers. We were lucky to try some last time we went to California and our favourite is the Apricot Row (pictured above) that had delicious “gummy row eggs” wrapped in dark chocolate. Oishi!
