What started out as an experiment in blogging a year ago has been a great success. Japansugoi.com has been been around for one year now and we never thought it would attract the attention and audience is has today.

Considering we get between 5,500-6,000 unique visitors every day, its not bad for a part time hobby.

Our current stats show an Alexa Rank of 51,900, a Quantcast Rank of 33,118, a Technorati Rank of 21,847 and a Compete Rank 124,556. We also made #29 in Technorati’s list of lifestyle blogs as reported on Kineda.com, and SeekJapan’s list of Japan Blogs where we are listed (embarrassingly) alongside truly great blogs like DannyChoo, Japundit, and Japanprobe.

We’ve had 1,050 pages indexed on google and we appear on the first page of google results for many of our topics. Our readership is predominately male and located in the US, Canada, Japan, Singapore and Malaysia.

We want to take this opportunity to thank our all readers, the friends listed in our sidebar under best sites and the folks at WorldFriendsnetworks who created and run the most popular and fun section on this site, Japansugoi Friends.

One thing we know is that Japansugoi.com can be a much better blog than it is now but we don’t have much time to spend on it so we’re interested in partnering with anyone on how to make it better or anyone who is interested in buying or taking over this blog. Contact us here.
