[…] Ok, so technically it wasn’t done in under two minutes but it was pretty cool to watch lol. Amazing that someone can draw like that with just a computer, although that’s how most anime’s are made today. No going back to the yesteryear of hand drawn pictures. I wish I could do either one, that would be really cool. Currently I can draw a anime character, usually a girl ;p, but I always have problems with the face lol, the way I make it always makes the character look “flat” with no life to it. I have photoshop CS2, the software used in the video is Corel Painter, so I might try making a anime character like the video. Originally found at JapanSugoi. Hmmm… his practices look very much like how I do my drawings… It seems he uses Painter instead of Photoshop though. I know Painter has the ability to record all your brush strokes, much like OpenCanvas. I wish Photoshop would do that… Oh well, I guess that just gives me a reason to learn to use Painter.
Too bad the video speed is set so fast. It’s as if the guy simply wanted to show off his ability rather than teach anyone anything.
