The Original Morning Musume! Onyanko Club
Remember Jpop group Onyanko Club ( “Kitten Club”)? You wouldn’t unless you were born before 1975!) In the days before Hello Project and the Morning Musume bandwagon, this 1980’s group, throughout its’ life-time, boasted almost 52 members and 3 spin off groups!
Sayuri Kokusho was the lead singer and leader of the group. See her photo back then and now.

Among their many hit songs was “Valentines Day Kiss” , this clip taken from the 1986 TV show “Yuyake nyan nyan”. A great 1980’s catchy pop song.
